Intro to Firearms
A simulator-only course utilizing no live ammunition.
This class is a women's-only course and it will be led by only female instructors. There will be an hour of classroom instruction that will cover topics such as safety, stance, grip, and carry laws. An hour and a half of time will be devoted to the firearms simulator following the classroom instruction (2 1/2 hours total).
There will be no live firing of weapons during this course.
The simulator being utilized during this course is best described as a laser simulated program that includes judgmental training scenarios as well as fun shooting simulations. The goal of this course is to introduce women to shooting prior to actually firing live weapons at the range. This course is meant to break down barriers and hesitancies that women may face when entering the firearms world. This course is meant to provide a safe and inclusive environment for learning about shooting and weapons manipulation.

Handgun Basics
This is a live ammunition course for basic handling of firearms.
This class is a women's-only course and it will be led by only female instructors . There will be an hour of classroom instruction that will cover topics such as safety, stance, grip, and carry laws. Live fire will follow the classroom instruction. Two hours of time will be devoted to live fire which will cover topics such as sight picture, trigger squeeze, and safe reloading (3 hours total).
There will be live firing of weapons during this course so safety will be paramount. This will take place at an outdoor range so please dress accordingly.
Students are encouraged to bring their own firearm and ammunition for this course. However, there will be an option to rent a firearm for a small fee.

Handgun Basics

Every Day Carry
This is a live ammunition course for every day carry techniques.
This class is a women's-only course and it will be led by only female instructors . There will be 3-4 hours of live fire instruction. This course will cover topics such as moving and shooting, utilizing cover, one handed reloads, malfunctions, and protecting your loved one during an armed encounter! This course will focus on utilizing your Every Day Carry(EDC) firearm and the method in which you intend to carry it. We will be building off of the skills learned in the Handgun Basics course, however the first course is not required to attend this class. Basic handgun knowledge is required.
